We strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged. Below is our return policy to guide you through the process:

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our online store or physical retail locations. Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

2. Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Return Portal.

  • For exchange, clearly put the desired item and size in notes. If not, placing a new order is required.

  • After initiating the return, we will send you a shipping label.

3. Returns/Exchanges Process:

  • Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 14 days for your return/exchange to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The amount from the refund will be deducted later on. The cost are the same as the shipping.

    Worldwide (Others): €35 

  • We will provide a trackable shipping method for returns/exchanges to ensure safe delivery.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at store@minus-e.com immediately for assistance. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return of such items.

7. Final Considerations:

  • Returns/exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.

  • We reserve the right to modify our return policy at any time without prior notice.
